Status summaryBeginning in the upper left corner, users can see a summary of what’s happening in their Atomation account.

  • Online Devices: these are devices that are communicating to the dashboard.
  • Offline Devices: offline devices are devices not communicating with the dashboard for more than 48 hours.
  • Weak Signal Devices: these devices have been identified by the platform as having a poor cell signal or a weak bluetooth signal and may not be communicating with the dashboard or their connected Gateway on schedule/as they should.
  • Tilt Sensors Not Calibrated: this refers to stand-alone devices that have been configured to detect tilt but have not been calibrated.
  • Missing Location Devices: this status denotes that the Atom has been unable to determine its GPS location. This may be for a variety of reasons but is generally seen when a GW or AT-U does not have a clear view of the sky in order to connect with GPS.
  • Offline Gateways: These are Gateways that have not communicated with the dashboard in more than 48 hours. Any device connected to an offline Gateway will not be able to provide data/communicate with the dashboard.
  • Weak Signal Gateways: This status specifically refers to Gateways with poor cellular connectivity that may not be communicating regularly with the dashboard.
