Troubleshooting
I selected devices and the sensor but the graph is blank?
- The sensor selected wasn’t activated. Please ensure that the sensor you wish to graph was activated in the management tab of the dashboard.
- Users can see which sensors are active for every device by looking at both the Reading Report and the Device Report.
- The Reading Report will have data for each active sensor in each row.
- The Device Report lists activated sensors for each device in the far right column.
- There are no readings available for the date range you have selected.
- Confirm that there are readings for the device and the selected sensor in the reading report for the date range you wish to view.
