- Log in to your Atomation account
- Verify all devices appear in your account under Management > Devices
- Verify that all devices included in the installation have sent a Keep Alive signal in the last 24 hours. Users can clearly see on the Status Summary on the dashboard if there are any devices that have not sent a Keep Alive signal. Individual device Keep Alive signals can also be reviewed on the Gateway tab in the dashboard. Please refer to the Dashboard Manual or Dashboard Quick Start Guide for more information on Keep Alive signals.
