AT-R Devices with Gateway

  1. Check Gateway Status
    • Verify the Gateway is online in the dashboard
    • Check the Status Summary for “Offline gateways” or “Weak signal gateways”
    • Check the “Last KA” (Keep Alive) timestamp in the Gateway settings
  2. Check Bluetooth Connection
    • Ensure the device is within Bluetooth range of its Gateway (typically 100-150 feet with clear line of sight)
    • Check for physical obstructions that might block the signal
    • Verify the device is properly linked to the correct Gateway in device settings
  3. Gateway Issues
    • Check Gateway battery
    • Verify Gateway has adequate cellular signal
    • Check Gateway timer settings for data collection and uploading intervals
